Mental health check: it's okay to not be okay.

Anxiety doesn't mean you're broken - it means you're human. You are still powerful. Still capable. Still worthy of peace, support, and care.

Healing isn't linear, and you don't have to have it all figured out. Take it one breath at a time. đź’™

Pause for a moment. How are you feeling in your space right now?

The environments we're in can quietly shape how we feel, think, and respond to stress. If something feels off, even a small shift can help reset the moment. Try opening a window, letting in natural light, or putting on calming music to create a space that feels a little more supportive.

Someone out there may need to hear your words today đź’™

In moments of stress, uncertainty, or disconnection, a few kind words can make a meaningful difference. A message of hope can remind someone that they're seen, supported, and not alone.

This , you have the opportunity to show up for someone who may be struggling. Your voice - whether spoken, written, or shared - can reach someone at just the right time.

Take a moment to share a message of encouragement. You can drop a voice note in our form: https://bit.ly/4uyhKo1, or leave a supportive comment below. It might mean more than you know.

May is Mental Health Awareness Month! Your voice is a powerful force for good, and through the month of May, we're inviting you to use it.

We're launching a campaign to encourage open, honest conversations about mental health. Because somewhere, someone may be struggling to find the words to ask for help, and hearing your voice could make all the difference.

By sharing your story, a message of hope, or simply why mental health matters to you, you help break stigma and remind others they're not alone. To learn more about the campaign, visit vibrant.org/MHAM.

One way to add your voice is on social media. For prompts, sample posts, and ready-to-use graphics designed to make sharing feel safe, authentic, and accessible, check out our Social Media Ambassador Toolkit: vibrant.org/mham-toolkit.

As the administrator of the 988 Lifeline, Vibrant is proud to be part of this impactful work.
