Join us for a sibling dynamics workshop for families, to gain support on the myriad of rewarding and challenging aspects of intersibling dynamics. Topics to be covered include sharing, managing competition, fairness, and knowing when and how to step in during sibling disputes.

The workshop will be led by Sarah Bren, Ph.D., a licensed clinical psychologist and mom of two, who helps parents find a balanced approach to focusing on healthy child development while not losing sight of their own mental health.
