The tragic building fire in The Bronx claimed numerous lives, injured many, and displaced hundreds more. A number of PIC’s staff members and worshippers have relatives that were affected by the fire. ⁣
⁣
To show the PIC community’s support, a team of volunteers on behalf of MUNA Social Service, MUNA Youth, and Young Sisters of MUNA visited the site on the night of the tragedy to provide emergency assistance in distributing food door-to-door to all the families. ⁣
⁣
The following morning, another team of volunteers visited the affected families to provide breakfast and snacks. May Allah reward all the brothers and sisters that gave their time for this cause. May allah ease the pain and suffering of the victims of this tragedy.
