Day 2 of MOBIFest - PAUSE 🌞

Much gratitude to for getting us all the way together —mind, body, and spirit ✨🧘🏾‍♂️

It was a beautiful experience that reminded us to intentionally PAUSE and reconnect. We explored breathwork, gentle movement, stretching, sound baths, and even some light journaling, tools that we can carry with us into our everyday lives.
