Rescue Dogs Rock NYC We are a registered 501c3 established in 2015 that has rescued over 10,000 dogs and cats nationwide. Thinking about adopting a new family member?

Rescue Dogs Rock NYC, rescues puppies and dogs from high kill shelters, owner surrenders, puppy mill throw always and medically neglected and suffering dogs and give them the proper medical care, then we do our best to find them the perfect home. We are deeply committed to healing the physical and emotional wounds these animals have suffered. We firmly believe that there is a great home out there

for every puppy and dog. We are a group of volunteers with a desire to help save all animals. We believe with the proper love and care any dog or puppy can grow into their potential of being a beloved family pet. We adopt pets in the following states: Maine, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Washington DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. Baby Doll: part Terrier, part potato, full-time little shadow 💛🥔

This adorable 6-year-old Terrier mix is still searching for the patient, loving forever home she deserves. Baby Doll is sweet, curious, quiet, and has made incredible progress learning “how to dog” with her foster family and dog siblings 🐾

She’s looking for:
✨ A calm, patient home
✨ Adults who are home most of the time
✨ Ideally another small dog to help build her confidence
✨ Someone comfortable giving seizure medication every 8 hours (well-managed with meds!)

Baby Doll is p*e pad trained, good with other dogs, loves puzzles and snacks, and will happily follow you around like your tiny little assistant.

She may be shy at first, but underneath it all is a gentle girl just waiting to feel safe and loved 💛

We got a plea last night & puppies are en route to our vet!!!

From shelter:

Officers received a call regarding 7 puppies being found. Unfortunately, one of them appeared injured so they got out as soon as they could. Once on scene, their hearts immediately broke. These 8ish week old puppies were just sitting on the side of the road. One of them was injured (most likely clipped by vehicle). Got to the vet and we had to make the sad decision to let that little boy go. His injuries were not able to be healed.

The skin scrape was positive for demodex mange (non-contagious kind). They have skin infections, eye infections, and are filled with intestinal parasites.

RDR took 3 as did another rescue. These poor babies are in very bad shape 😡😡😡

Once upon a time, Fitz took a tumble—probably chasing squirrels or trying to out-jog a jogger—and ended up with a gnarly road rash. But don’t worry, this 9-year-old Australian Shepherd mix is now fully healed, fully fabulous, and fully ready to be your new best friend.

Fitz is a certified good boy. He’s friendly with humans and fellow pups alike, rocking a distinguished salt-and-pepper look that screams “wise but still down to party.” He’s house-trained in the art of chill and snuggles, and he’s the kind of dog who’ll listen to your problems, won’t judge your snack choices, and might even help you pick better ones (he’s very pro-cheese). We have an update on Buddy !!!
Sorry for the delay but we were waiting for updated photos and videos .

As you can see Buddy is very much alive and fighting . Today was the first day he was able to walk on his own .

He is still under 24 hour emergency medical care and has a long journey ahead , we are thrilled to be a part of that journey .
He’s on IV 24 / 7 as he was severely dehydrated and receiving several small meals a day as he’s completely emaciated .

Please keep Buddy in your prayers and help with his very expensive medical bill .
