Taiwan Mission Foundation carries out its purpose by:

1. Educating the public about the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the Taiwanese community.
3. Serving as a centralized channel through which individuals can volunteer and be trained to serve the needs of the Taiwanese community.
4. Collaborating with organizations throughout the United States and internationally that care for the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of individuals of Taiwanese heritage through shared strategic directions.
