This vendor promised $300 in winnings, then demanded a $40 “refundable” fee to process the withdrawal. The fee was only mentioned after the cashout was requested. They also claimed a billing department was handling it. These are major red flags for an advance-fee scam. Please be careful and don’t send additional money.
