This AAPI Heritage Month, we’ve celebrated the many cultures, stories, and voices that make up one shared community. Today, we’re honoring Patsy Mink, a trailblazer whose leadership helped create greater opportunity, visibility, and representation for AAPI communities and future generations.
As the first woman of color and first Asian American woman elected to the U.S. Congress, Patsy Mink’s legacy reminds us of the power of advocacy, mentorship, and showing up boldly in spaces where change is needed most.
