Part-time NewGen Regional Associate, Pennsylvania Region
AMIT Ambassador: Must be able to demonstrate a passion for and the ability to articulate the mission and importance of AMIT Children.
Recruit prospects and bring them into the AMIT pipeline.
Cultivate donor relationships through effective and timely communication methods, including digital and print correspondence, engagement opportunities and events, and in-person meetings.
Develop and execute solicitation, stewardship, and engagement plans targeting active and prospective donors.
Increase AMIT’s community awareness and outreach across various social media outlets.
Create, implement and manage events- Zoom and in person.
Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of experience in fundraising and managing special projects/events.

The ideal candidate must:

Have excellent oral and written communication skills
Have strong organizational skills
Be very detail-oriented
Be very computer literate
Be a self-starter
Have the ability to multi-task
Have the ability to work well under pressure and within deadlines
Be outgoing
Have a positive attitude

Have strong knowledge of the Jewish community

Purim gives “last chance” teenagers a new reason to celebrate.

Baking hamantaschen is one way AMIT Fred Kahane vocational students learn how ingredients react and get hands-on cooking skills for their future in the hospitality field. They gain essential skills and a technical certificate at AMIT to keep up in our ever-changing word.

AMIT Fred Kahane Vocational School in Ashkelon is a last stop for many students. The kids attending have not managed to create a path to success for themselves anywhere else, and they arrive after bouncing around from school to school. With 308 students, it is the biggest school of this type and a place where every student is welcome.

Today we remember the seven AMIT students whom we lost on March 13th, 1997, in the Island of Peace massacre. The tragedy occurred as the group of children were receiving a lecture from their teacher about how the area was a symbol of peace. May their memory be for a blessing, BDE.

The AMIT Rehovot women’s empowerment program recently came in 1st place in a national mathematics competition. The program is dedicated to teaching female students the value of expressing themselves and also gain confidence by visiting female-led high tech companies and to learn from the best women in tech.

AMIT Hillel High School student Rotem Saban won first place in the National Olympics in Science Research at Bar Ilan University and won a scholarship for a year of study.

Saban was involved in finding alternatives to antibiotics and treating bacteria that causes stomach ulcers. She tested and found that eating garlic affects the activity of the enzyme urease found in this bacterium. On her win, the Saban said: “It was a significant and empowering experience, a long process from which I learned a lot, and I was happy to take part in this project.”
