We are comprised of a group of volunteers who are Bulgarians living abroad. Our operating expenses are less than 2% of all donations thus securing maximum utilization of each donation. In most instances, we send
physical goods, equipment and materials as opposed to money to eliminate the possibility of fraud or misappropriation. We are also committed to:
* Actively educating the general public and potential donors about the specific challenges faced by disadvantaged children in Bulgaria, and the institutions which serve them
* Cultivating relationships that lead to funding
* Creating individual projects to aid specific areas of need within each institution
* Ensuring that each individual project is approved by our board members and/or our projects committee
To maximize our impact on current efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations which fall under the 501(c)(3) section of the IRS.
