What is the difference between writing in a journal on your own and doing so as part of a group, you ask? The answer is in the results. At the half-way point of the 30-day journal challenge, 64% of the group have completed 13-15 (out of 15) entries. Facing a challenge with a group yields higher rates of success than doing so alone. The camaraderie gained by sharing your innermost thoughts with newfound friends and receiving loving support in return is just icing on the cake.

THE ROAD TO RECOVERY: A 30-DAY JOURNAL CHALLENGE

The challenge includes thirty days of mindful journaling prompts, and three 1-hour, online instructional writing workshops.

- Kick-start your healing process and channel your thoughts and feelings
- Create a time capsule to commemorate the history-making events of 2020
- Incorporate writing into your daily routine

Is it ironic that 20/20, a number commonly associated with perfect vision, also happened to coincide with the year that many of us didn't see coming?
