THIS SUNDAY! We’re heading to Hudson River Park for our “Books & Boats!” Summer Social!

Come hang out by the water for a relaxed afternoon featuring a community book swap, a park picnic, and free kayaking right at the pier.

📍 Clinton Cove (55th St / Hudson River)
🗓️ Sunday, July 26 | 2:00 – 4:00 PM
🎟️ FREE (RSVP link in bio!)

📚 Bring as many books as you’re ready to pass on, and take home as many new ones as you’d like. No rules, no stress!

🧺 We’ll have blankets and lawn games ready, but feel free to bring extra snacks, drinks (BYOB), or picnic gear to stay comfortable.

❓And if you don’t have books to swap or don’t want to kayak? Come anyway! ‼️ There’s zero pressure—just come sit in the shade and hang out with your neighbors.

🏳️‍🌈 Pride Month may have ended, but q***r history doesn’t just disappear because June turned to July. ⏩ Swipe through to see some of the local history we shared at our Pride kickoff event last month. 🥂

The takeaway is this — community love is community power. ✊🏼✊🏾✊🏿 We beat back the cops 👮‍♂️🐷 at Stonewall, we built our own mutual aid networks, and together, we are unstoppable!

🌞 This summer, check on your most vulnerable neighbors and see how you can support them. ❤️‍🩹 The easiest place to make a difference is right here in our own community!
