Day 2 of the WPO Entrepreneurial Excellence Forum was a powerful reminder of what happens when women leaders come together with openness, ambition, and a shared commitment to growth.
From meaningful conversations to transformative workshops, the energy throughout the Forum reflected the strength of a community built on collaboration, support, and leadership.
We heard inspiring insights during the workshop tracks including:
• “Exit by Design” with Sarah Goodman, Ladd Hirsch, and Laura Wellon
• “Leading with AI” with Holly Roland and Jenny Dearborn
• “The Successor Shift” with Katie Rucker, Tammy Buss, and Meghan Lynch
• Morning Keynote, “Radical Candor: Be a Kick-Ass Boss Without Losing Your Humanity” with Kim Scott
• Closing Keynote, “The Science of Habits and Success” with Charles Duhigg
One of the most meaningful parts of the day was hearing from members about the impact of being in a room filled with women who genuinely want to see each other succeed. As many shared, entrepreneurship can often feel isolating, but spaces like WPO remind us that we are not building alone.
We closed the evening with the WPO Palm Royale Party, celebrating the relationships, conversations, and connections that continue to make this community so special.
