Celebrating 20 years of WPO Orange County I and the relationships, insight, and shared experience built along the way.

Reflecting on the evening, Chapter Chair Debra Valle shared:

“It was wonderful. The evening included my recognition of each member, what they brought to the conversation, and ended with something called the Tunnel of Appreciation. Each woman, with her eyes closed, walked down the tunnel, guided by members, as members whispered what they most admired about them. As you can see, it was a very fun and moving exercise.”

The evening offered a meaningful reflection of what peer advisory can create: a space where women leaders can speak openly, recognize one another’s strengths, and learn from the experiences around the table.
