I have so many patients with scary Mercury levels. Usually tuna, mackerel, shark, and lots of salmon. I recommend organic Chlorella and cilantro along with hydration, Zeolite, and infrared sauna. Cut out the sources. Get your silver dental fillings examined. Maybe removed. But check your level. A true toxin.

The picture is a bit too dramatic pre vs post but there is data on reversal of plaque with unsweetened Pom juice. Delicious too. My favorite is fresh pressed like you see in the old city of Jerusalem at every stand.

I ate cantaloupe for breakfast before it spoiled. Not cantaloupe powder, chips or bars that would last years due to BHT and other chemicals. Whenever possible, eat food that spoils before it spoils.
