LCRF is proud to work alongside the Susan Wojcicki Foundation to accelerate the pace of research. As the incidence of lung cancer in young people with no known risk factors rises, understanding why will ultimately lead to better screening, earlier detection and lives saved.

At 54, Susan Wojcicki was healthy, active, and full of life.

Her lung cancer diagnosis came with no warning signs. She had no known risk factors and no respiratory symptoms.

In the time that followed, Susan didn’t just face her diagnosis—she set out to understand it. True to her spirit of innovation and collaboration, Susan spent her remaining two years uniting scientists, advocates, and industry leaders, building a research portfolio spanning immunotherapy, cancer vaccines, and the biological drivers of the disease.

She believed that there was a better way forward. One where more people have a real chance because the disease is caught sooner.

Today, we introduce the Susan Wojcicki Foundation.

Our focus is simple: redefine who is eligible for screening, how early lung cancer is detected, and how to prevent it altogether.

We don’t have to accept late diagnoses as the norm.

Be part of what comes next. https://susanwfoundation.org/
