Olivia Faith and Jiana Faith Manuel were born as conjoined twins. They share one liver, and both were diagnosed with multiple congenital heart defects: Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA), Ventricular Septal Defect (VSD), and Coarctation of the Aorta (COA). From the day they were born, their survival depended on constant medical monitoring, strict daily medication, and unwavering parental care. Both twins need maintenance heart medicines three times a day. One of the girls' conditions is more severe and will require surgery in the future, especially if separation is ever attempted. Missing even a single dose could mean sudden weakness or worse. Their father works as a carpenter, and the cost of their medical care is beyond his means, but your support has eased their struggle a little and given them access to the care they need. Thank you for supporting their medical care and being a miracle in their lives.

Vexanna Mae Arcega was diagnosed with congenital hydrocephalus, a lifelong and life-threatening illness that caused severe infection inside her brain. Due to poverty, she was unable to get the care she needed. Milk, diapers, and medicine have become the most urgent needs in her life, basic necessities that determine whether she gets through the day. Vexanna’s head had grown so large and heavy that her mother, Joana, could no longer carry her for long. A simple act like stepping outside had become impossible. She gave up so much for her daughter: work, dreams, rest, and constantly staying by her side to take care of her. The family survived on about $118.66 a month from a small home store, an amount that barely covers rent, let alone Vexanna's much-needed medical care. However, your support has helped her get the much-needed care she needs and eased the financial burden on the family. May God bless you all for your kindness.

Even after their schools in G a z a were reduced to rubble, these children still hold on to their dreams. With classrooms destroyed and education disrupted, they continue to learn, hope, and fight for a better future. Every child deserves the chance to study, dream, and simply be a child again.

Kenya is launching a $15M fund to move children out of orphanages and back into family-based environments. The goal is to help reunite them with relatives, place them in foster families, or support independent living arrangements for older youth leaving care. Most kids in care aren't actually orphans; A lot of them still have at least one living parent and are often placed in institutions because their families are struggling with poverty, disability, or other difficulties. By focusing on foster care and kinship, the goal is to give every child the chance to grow up in a real home, a stable environment, where they are surrounded by love. This isn't just a policy shift; it’s a community effort. Churches and charities are rethinking their roles, moving away from big institutions to support parents directly with food and mentorship.
