By building local, national and international networks controlled equally by all members, we aim to work with others to help create a free, diverse and truly democratic world. We oppose prejudice in all forms and aim to be aware of our own. Our projects:
- Radical Education -
We educate ourselves and others using discussion, film nights and research to ensure we are up to date, and challenge estab
lishment propaganda. We also consider all views and continually challenge our own thinking.
- Local Struggles -
We intervene in community struggles, such as local healthcare and homelessness, to encourage and empower people, promote revolutionary ideas, and build towards further action.
- Building a Society for the Future -
We promote power for the people by creating alternative systems to remove managerial control. Our starting points are
(1) to promote participatory budgeting in order that local people can control local government spending, and
(2) to give employees the tools to organise themselves.
