After years of research speaking with singles and analyzing competitikn, and about a year of part time design and spec development, I am looking for a developer to partner with (part time for now) on a Jewish dating startup.
Who needs another one? Well, considering the most successful site (by their own published numbers) only gets 3% of members married, a lot of singles stand to benefit.
There is no searching and messaging 100s of people numbers game aka meat market like standard sites. It is about quality intros through friends. The profiles have also been rethought to focus on relevant issues and enable a warm recommendation.
If it works (ie a high percent of members get married), I hope to expand to non Jews on a separate site.
