When two of the Aid volunteers went to visit the school in Kakinada. There is a district in Andhra Pradesh called Kakinada. Over there a lady runs a school for the underprivileged children. They have classes from 1 to 10 and she finds local sponsors for the children to support further education. These children are mainly kids of cycle rickshaw pullers, bai's who wash dishes in people's houses etc. The kids are so enthusiastic and eager to learn. Some are children from families where the mother is victim of domestic violence. Others are orphans. Despite their circumstances they are brimming with enthusiasm to learn. They don't want our pity but are grateful for an opportunity to be given a fair chance in life. One girl won a local quiz and was awarded a bicycle! They are all just amazing and work really hard. The lady who runs the schools pays the teachers well to ensure quality is not comprised. But she relies completely on donations from others for the full running of the school.

Why?

“No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.”-
