Some snapshots from our recent vocational training entry test at the Community Centre 📚

So good to see so many faces coming together and taking the first step towards new skills, opportunities and brighter futures.

The journey doesn’t end when our girls leave the classroom.

Aimerance, Ailment and Esther take us through their journey at Malaika - the knowledge, confidence and skills they acquire along the way, and the next step: university.

But leaving Malaika School doesn’t mean leaving the Malaika family. We continue to support our girls as they take their next steps and build their futures. ✨

Sport is about more than just staying active ⚽️

It brings our community together, creating opportunities to connect, build confidence, work as a team and share moments beyond the classroom.

It all starts with her 📚

We believe education belongs to everyone because it changes what feels possible. It builds confidence, independence, and the ability to navigate life with strength and purpose.

It is not just about lessons in a classroom, but about equipping people with real skills, real understanding, and real opportunity. When people are given the chance to learn, they are given the chance to shape their own future.

In today's world, knowing how to use a computer can open doors, a job application, an email, a simple spreadsheet. At Malaika's Community Centre, we're making sure our community doesn't get left behind.

Our IT classes teach the basics: how to use a computer, navigate Word and Excel, and send an email with confidence. Small skills that carry a big impact, helping our community members access jobs, education, and opportunities that increasingly live online.

Clean water changes everything. 💧

Malaika has built and refurbished 32 wells, bringing safe, clean drinking water to more than 36,000 people across our community, every single day.

Water isn't a luxury. It's the foundation everything else is built on.

L'eau potable change tout. 💧
