As details continue unfolding around the shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego, we’re holding everyone impacted in our prayers and calling on our communities to stand together against hate, violence, and Islamophobia in all its forms. 🤍

Today we held our fifth Sister for Sister session centered on the importance of sports and movement for the body, the spirit, and our psychological well-being. Together, we reflected on how physical activity can build confidence, reduce stress, strengthen community, and support healing in our everyday lives. It was a powerful reminder that caring for our bodies is also a way of caring for our minds and spirits.
