״הישראלים היהודים שבאים אל התפוצות צריכים לאמץ את המידה שאנו נוטים לשכוח: צניעות רבה. כן, אנחנו מייצגים בריאה מחדש, מוצלחת ומרשימה מאין כמותה ביחס לכל פרויקט לאומי מסוף המאה ה-19. יש במה להתגאות. אך יהודי התפוצות מייצגים יכולת לשרוד ולשגשג לאורך אלפי שנים, בתנאים קשים לעיתים, ובעיקר תוך שימור מדהים של זהות; יצירת קהילות עם מוסדות משגשגים, שמבוססים לא על כספי מדינה, אלא תרומות עצמיות.

Shazur is a growing nonprofit working to build bridges between Israeli and American Jews, connecting leaders and communities through dialogue, education, and shared experiences.
We’re looking for a go-getter – someone smart, proactive, curious, and hungry to succeed. A person we can count on to take full ownership of tasks without constant oversight.
This is a dynamic role that includes project coordination, support for fundraising, partnership management, event planning, writing, and general operations. You don’t need experience in all areas – just the right attitude, the ability to learn quickly, stay organized, and take initiative.
