We’re opening enrollment for the next cohort of WELL’s Career Accelerator program—an 8-week online training course combined with a one-year peer coaching and expert mentorship program.

We get it; you may worry about the time commitment. But here's the deal:

Our live, 8-week training requires only one hour per week. The rest of the program lets you move at your own pace. It’s true that you get back what you put in, but we also know you’re busy. We intentionally built this program to flex with your schedule.

Now, think about this: If you invest in your career now, you’ll wind up spending more years feeling stuck or on the sidelines in digital health. And your clients will spend those years without your proactive leadership guiding this industry in the right direction. Enrollment is open now, and will close soon. Join our Winter 23/24 cohort today, and let's speed up your progress together.

The gender gap in health tech starts long before the investor pitch! Medical research on women's health issues receives less funding and less attention than comparable health issues for men, strangling the science-to-industry pipeline in women's health innovation.

What ideas do you have for creating more gender equity in academic medical research?

It’s difficult for women’s health startups to receive funding, but venture capital’s gender gap is only part of the problem.
