What you you like in the 90’s? It may be a distant decade for some but many Red Tiders were in the water - young and old. And there were some of you that were not even born yet! But that doesn’t matter - we are all making memories swimming together now! That is the beauty of Masters Swimming! 🩵💙🩵💙🩵💙 #90’s

Congratulations to Red Tide swimmer Louise Twining-Ward for completing a solo 5K open water swim from Banana Island off the coast of Sierra Leone to the mainland on the 29th of March. This is her second open water swim in the country, in 2020 she helped to pioneer a 10K swim from the main land to a nearby island of Rickets. She also helped to organize OC 26 - the third annual open water swim championship this past weekend on April 4th on nearby Tokeh Beach which included participants from the Sierra Leone Swim Team, and various members of the local swim community. Red Tide members helped to donate some of the equipment used during the championships.
