With 1 in 8 women in the U.S. expected to develop breast cancer in their lifetime, nearly all of us will be touched by this disease in some way.

At the Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation, we know that a cancer diagnosis brings more than medical challenges. Patients and families may be navigating treatment, finances, transportation, work, caregiving and the uncertainty that comes with it all.

This month, we stand with everyone facing breast cancer, those living beyond it, and the families and loved ones beside them.

The BMCF Fall Ball is bringing together 7th and 8th graders on Friday, October 23 for an evening at SPIN NYC Flatiron filled with ping pong, friends, food, music, and plenty of fun.

It’s a chance for kids to get together, have a great night in the city, and be part of something meaningful, all while supporting the Bone Marrow & Cancer Foundation and the patients and families we serve.

September shines a light on several important cancer awareness months, including Childhood Cancer, Leukemia & Lymphoma, Ovarian Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Thyroid Cancer and Gynecologic Cancer Awareness Month.

Behind every awareness ribbon is a person, a family, a caregiver and a community navigating the realities of cancer. This month, we recognize those living with these diagnoses, remember those we’ve lost, and celebrate the survivors, loved ones and care teams who continue to show up every day.

Our mission extends across cancer types and diagnoses, helping patients and families access the resources, guidance and support they need throughout their journey.
