Pillow Talks is a FREE mentorship program for girls ages 9–18 where they will build confidence, develop leadership skills, create meaningful friendships, and learn they are never alone.

At Pillow Talks, we believe every girl deserves a safe space to be seen, heard, and empowered. Through mentorship, sisterhood, confidence-building, and meaningful conversations, we’re helping young women discover their strength, purpose, and potential.
