Gstaad Project Bridging the gap between "we the peoples" of the world and the world's international and intergovernmental organizations

The Gstaad Project puts "we the people" of the world at the center and gives them a stronger voice in the international arena. At the same time, it tries to make international and supranational entities – such as the United Nations, the World Bank and NATO – a little more accessible and less intimidating. To this end, The Gstaad Project is open to ideas and editorial contributions from individuals

and private entities: the goal is to maintain an open debate on all the issues affecting the international community and to promote tolerance and progress. Most of The Gstaad Project's resources are devoted to the work of the United Nations and all entities within the UN system. The Gstaad Project values the goals set by the Charter of the United Nations and facilitates a better understanding of the work of the organization through its initiatives – chiefly among those, the online blog.
