Girls Rule The Law

Girls Rule The Law We focus on growing a diverse talent pipeline of women in the legal, legislative, and judicial fields.

Our target audience is young women of color from underprivileged and underrepresented communities. Our goal of a more representative society has been driving our work to create a pipeline into the legal, legislative, and judicial fields for the underrepresented and underprivileged, with a focus on middle and high school girls. We do this by exposing the young ladies to successful lawyers, legislat

ors, and judges through events, school-based programs (like mock trial and debate) and one-on-one interactions and mentorship.

Girls Rule the Law, Inc. is excited to host a special Lunch & Learn on Immigration and Leadership at Greenspoon Marder LLP’s New York City office on March 18.

Students will have the opportunity to engage with attorneys and professionals in a dynamic conversation about immigration law, leadership, and pathways into the legal profession, while touring a leading law firm and building meaningful connections.

More than 40 students have already registered for this incredible opportunity. While the program originally had space for 25 scholars, Greenspoon Marder () graciously expanded its capacity so that every registered student can attend.

💬 “The response from students has been incredible. There is a real need for this type of programming, and we are grateful for partners like Greenspoon Marder who recognize the importance of investing in the next generation of leaders.”
— Mirna Santiago, Founder & CEO, Girls Rule the Law, Inc.

Together, we continue creating pathways, mentorship, and real-world exposure for young women interested in the legal profession.

Mock Trial Prep Encouragement💼

As you step into the courtroom, remember how you show up matters. Speak clearly, stand tall, and dress with a purpose—professional attire helps you command the room and show respect for the process.

💡 Pro Tip: The courtroom is a formal space. Dressing appropriately helps set the tone and reminds everyone—including yourself—that you’re ready.

✨ You’ve prepared, you’ve practiced, and you belong here. Let your hard work shine. Confidence is your best accessory! ⚖️
