If you’re between 16 and 24, out of school or work, and ready to break into media and entertainment — Train & Earn was made for you.

Over 11 weeks, you’ll build real, industry-recognized skills in either Adobe Premiere Pro or Blackmagic Design DaVinci Resolve. Then, you’ll put those skills to work in an 8-week internship.

Congratulations to Koran “KJ” Campbell and Shawn Ortiz on their Honorable Mention for the F. John Outcalt Award for Outstanding Filmmaking!

Their film Click follows DJ, a kid who loses his way and ends up running with the wrong crowd. For KJ and Shawn, it’s a familiar story, and one they felt had to be told.

Celebrating our Reel Works Train and Earn program graduates! 🎬✨

Through this workforce development program funded by NYC’s Department of Youth and Community Development, these rising professionals developed hands-on training, career readiness skills, and real world experience preparing for the next step.
