BAC Local #7 Tile, Marble & Terrazzo of NY/NJ is looking for hardworking individuals interested in building a rewarding career in the Terrazzo & Mosaic trade.

Experience in terrazzo is preferred, but we are also seeking individuals with backgrounds in flooring, tile, marble, or similar trades who are ready to take the next step in a long-term union career.

We are willing to help the right candidates receive proper training and get established in the union.

BAC Local 7 TMT was proud to attend and support the 2026 New York Helmets to Hardhats Annual Open House at IUEC Local 1 Training Center in Long Island City on Thursday May 7th.

Apprentice Co-ordinator Tom Nolan proudly represented BAC Local 7 TMT, speaking with veterans about our union trade and giving potential apprentices the opportunity to learn firsthand about the training, career opportunities, and future that a union can provide.

We thank New York Helmets to Hardhats and all participating unions for continuing to create pathways for veterans entering the building trades.

From The Borough of Roselle Park: We are excited to share a meaningful enhancement to the Veterans Memorial Library grounds made possible through the support of dedicated local partners. A special thank you to Sesso Tile & Stone, a Local 7 contractor, for donating two stunning granite posts that will serve as a lasting and dignified foundation for new memorial tributes.

These granite markers will soon feature plaques honoring the U.S. Space Force and recognizing POW/MIA service members ensuring their sacrifice and service are never forgotten.

We encourage everyone to visit the memorial and see this important progress firsthand. It’s a powerful reminder of what can be accomplished when community and labor come together. 🇺🇸
