[EnoB X KCS Collaborative Program] Chorus Class for Seniors at KCS Flushing, Corona, and Manhattan

Every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, EnoB’s Chorus Class for Seniors continues at KCS Flushing, KCS Corona, and KCS Manhattan. This week, we are sharing some joyful moments from the class at KCS Manhattan. With the lively spirit of summer in the air, seniors gathered in the classroom, filling the space with music, laughter, and the joy of singing together.

During this session, participants learned Kim Dong-jin’s 〈Nae Maeum〉 and also revisited songs from previous classes, enjoying the chance to sing familiar pieces together once again.

As they reflected on the lyrics and melodies, participants listened to one another and naturally brought their voices together. Through singing, they shared memories and emotions while building a warm sense of connection through music. We look forward to continued interest and participation in the Chorus Class for Seniors.

This program is generously supported by the JOH Foundation and the William & Munja Orzolek Foundation.

[EnoBian News] 《Love’s Last Letter:

EnoB Senior Music Education's instructor Soohyun Jo will present her immersive solo exhibition 《Love’s Last Letter: 사랑의 유서》 on August 30–31 at A Space Gallery in Brooklyn.

A New York-based vocalist and visual artist, Soohyun created this exhibition from the loneliness and anxiety she experienced while studying abroad. The project explores how happiness can be found by rediscovering what is already around us—nature, memories, dreams, relationships, and ourselves.

Following six letters, visitors experience a 60-minute journey through photography, painting, sound, and storytelling, exploring love, loss, memory, and the process of finding oneself again.

In the final section, a soprano performs live, bringing the story together through voice. Visitors then conclude the experience by writing a letter to their future selves.

[EnoB NY Outreach Concert 2026.08.14 @ Allendale Senior Living with Yeawon Jun MD Team]

On August 14, EnoB’s outreach concert with Music Director Yeawon Jun and five talented musicians was warmly presented at Allendale Senior Living in New Jersey. Bringing together the senior community, EnoB members, and musicians, the concert created a heartwarming afternoon filled with beautiful music, comfort, and connection.

Featuring vocal, piano, and organ performances, the program was thoughtfully prepared to bring joy and warmth to the senior community. In recognition of Korean Liberation Day (Gwangbokjeol), commemorative rice cakes were also prepared and shared, adding a meaningful touch to the gathering. Through beautiful voices, instrumental performances, and shared moments, the afternoon was filled with music, smiles, and a warm sense of togetherness.

EnoB will continue to bring moments of happiness, comfort, and connection to more communities through the power of music.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the Overseas Koreans Agency and the Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in New York for sponsoring this performance.
