Members of the Kaiser-Cornet-Quartett Berlin, Alt-Schöneberger-Cornet-Quartett, and friends recently performed ‘Ständchen (serenade) for Julius Kosleck on the eve of his 200th birthday–1st December, 1825!! This special moment was a recreation of a headstone dedication for Kosleck in May of 1907, which bears the inscription "the Bläserbund and grateful students".

Thanks to Helen Barsby for providing these photos and video clip that document the occasion!
