AC Groups

AC Groups AC Groups is a nonprofit that fosters people’s resilience by ensuring that have dependable, supportive relationships in their everyday lives and communities.

AC Groups is a nonprofit developed around the Authentic Connections (AC) Groups program, an intervention that supports adults who are in caregiving roles at home and/ or at work. The program has been scientifically validated as promoting personal resilience based in strong, supportive relationships. Groups are conducted virtually for an hour per week, across 12 weeks, with sign-ups for 6 sessions

at a time. They include 5-6 participants from similar backgrounds, and are facilitated by trained and experienced clinicians.
