Today, on July 25th we celebrate National Drowning Prevention Day. Established
by the United Nations General Assembly Resolution in 2021, this day highlights the need to educate adults and children on water safety, implement safe water transportation, and improve flood risk management.

As a part of National Drowning Prevention Day, we are honored to introduce Stew Leonard III Children's Charities Foundation . This nonprofit was founded by Kim and Stew Leonard who had lost their child in a drowning accident in 1989. Every year, their Foundation provides 10,000 free or low-cost swimming lessons to children, educating them on water safety.

Thank you for everything you do for families and young children! Your contribution to kids’ safety is invaluable.

AHC, or Alternating Hemiplegia of Childhood, is a rare and severe neurological disorder that usually affects children before 18 months of age. It is characterized by recurrent episodes of paralysis involving one or both sides of the body, multiple limbs, or a single limb.

Henry is a 2-year-old child who was diagnosed with AHC a short time after he was born, in 2020. His parents, Mary and Anthony Saladino have organized a fundraiser called “FOR HENRY” to get the cure for their son.

Birds Nest Foundation has captured Henry’s story to help his parents raise $3 million dollars and spread awareness about the AHC disorder.

Mary and Anthony welcome everyone to join them in sharing and donating for an A*O (Antisense oligonucleotide) treatment for baby Henry. The link to donate & visit the website is in bio.

Even a small action can make a difference!
