Orange chicken from the MALL on a first date…. Literally, no more words need to be said…. 😜

10/10/2026

Okay ladies, I need the internet to weigh in. 😂

A man asked me out last Monday. We agreed on the day (tomorrow) and the general location, but it’s now Saturday night and I still have no idea what TIME we’re meeting……

Sooooooo, here’s my question: Do *I* reach out and ask what the plan is, wait for HIM to confirm, or assume the date isn’t happening? Cuz honestly at this point I would rather stay home and watch horror movies in my pjs👻👻👻

I also think it’s important to mention that I am trying a new approach this time, and NOT trying to control the situation… 😎

Because I spent YEARS hating it… 🤷🏽‍♀️😜💙

…Lately I’ve been wearing my natural curls more and realizing two things:

1. A surprising number of men are VERY into the curls 😂
2. More importantly… I think I finally am too.
