Connections Mentor at Capitol Hill Day 2026! 🏛️

Last week, all 5 members of our Youth Leadership Council along with 2 of our staff traveled to Washington, D.C. to advocate for mentoring! Our mentees brazenly shared with Congressional staff how mentoring has shaped their lives, and how continued support can help change the lives of their peers. We’re so proud of the authenticity, vulnerability, and leadership our youth council showcased as they represented our organization, shared their stories, and advocated for real change. 🤝

We’re so grateful for for inviting us and allowing our young people’s voices to be heard. 💫
