Here are some free immigration resources available in New York City ¹ ² ³:

- *The New York Public Library*: Offers free work and life skills development programs and cultural and recreational presentations through local partnerships, volunteers, and contracted performers for all ages. It also offers free immigration legal screenings and representation in your language, as well as referrals to other providers of legal and non-legal services.
- *ActionNYC*: Provides free immigration legal help at The New York Public Library. It offers free immigration legal screenings and representation in your language, as well as referrals to other providers of legal and non-legal services.
- *Immigrant Justice Corps (IJC)*: Offers legal assistance with adjustment of status, asylum applications, deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), naturalization/citizenship, temporary protected status (TPS), U visas, and violence against women act (VAWA) petitions. It also provides help with completing forms and filings with USCIS.
- *African Communities Together (New York City Office)*: Offers legal assistance with adjustment of status, asylum applications, consular processing, deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), employment authorization, family-based petitions, naturalization/citizenship, removal hearings, special immigrant juvenile status, T visas, temporary protected status (TPS), U visas, and VAWA petitions. - *Next Generation Digital Workforce Program*: This program equips young New Yorkers with wireless network management and fiber installation skills.
- *Per Scholas Vets in Tech*: This program is for veteran service members and military spouses who are interested in tech.
- *NCLEX-RN ESOL Program*: This program is for internationally trained nurses who are English language learners.
- *First Tech Fund*: This program is for rising 11th and 12th graders for their hybrid high school fellowship program.
- *Cannabis Industry Training & Job Fair*: This program is hosted by the Lower East Side Employment Network, the Cannabis Workforce Initiative and the Cannabis Justice and Equity Initiative.
- *NMIC’s YouthBuild*: This program is for New York City residents ages 17 to 24, and out of school without a high school diploma.
