Planning a trip this summer to see the St Maria Goretti home and resting place in Nettuno of this special Saint who has answered many of my prayers, Many women and children who have been abused have reached out to SMG and in turn we learn that She is the Saint who forgave her murderer and wished him in Heaven. Since she was little she loved Jesus and was kind and good to others. Read below her feast day was July 6th.

Catholics worldwide celebrate the feast day of one of the youngest saints on July 6: St. Maria Goretti.

This wonderful Blessed Carlo Acutis may be seen in Assisi, Italy is now open to the public.
Read this incredible story of a 15 year old boy who loved the Eucharist and Jesus.

Visitors to Assisi can once again see the first millennial to be beatified in the Catholic Church, dressed in jeans and tennis shoes, through a viewing glass on his tomb.

Today is the Feast Day of Our Lady of Fatima, May 13th. She appeared in Fatima, Portugal in 1917. Her message was to pray the rosary and pray for peace for many will come to try to destroy the world. Turn your mind and heart towards God and her son Jesus Christ and let us pray to end all wars and abuse towards Christians. Amen.

MEMORIAL OF OUR LADY - MAY 13, 2022

OUR LADY OF FATIMA
The Blessed Virgin Mary is venerated under this title Our Lady of Fatima following apparitions to three shepherd children — Lucia, Jacinta and Francisco — in Portugal in 1917. The message of Fatima includes a call to conversion of heart, repentance from sin and a dedication to the Blessed Virgin Mary, especially through praying the Rosary. This optional memorial is new to the USA liturgical calendar and is inscribed on May 13.

PRAYER
O God, who chose the Mother of your Son to be our Mother also, grant us that, persevering in penance and prayer for the salvation of the world, we may further more effectively each day the reign of Christ. Who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.

Congratulations to Cardinal Czerny for his new post as head of Discastery for Human Development at the Vatican. His Eminence has just return from Poland during a mission from Pope Francis assisting the Ukrainian war refugees. Czerny is experienced in assisting migrants, refugees and has worked hard on these difficult issues for many years. He replaces Cardinal Turkson. Good choice!

The pope also named a new secretary and undersecretary for the social development dicastery.

Do you know about the Divine Mercy and where is the painting Jesus asked St Faustina to make known in his honor? Read this interesting story! Jesus has a special message for us, the Ukrainians and Polish people. Divine Mercy is now known all over the world!

Among Catholic devotions, the Divine Mercy message is well-known: the iconic image of Christ, with rays of red and white pouring from his heart; St. Faustina, called the “Apostle of Divine Mercy;” and the Basilica of Divine Mercy in Krakow, Poland.

Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel
St. Michael the Archangel,
defend us in battle.
Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the Devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do thou,
O Prince of the heavenly hosts,
by the power of God,
thrust into hell Satan,
and all the evil spirits,
who prowl about the world
seeking the ruin of souls. Amen. .
