While discussing fasting, juicing & colonics ( yeah I know ) with a friend, the conversation took a turn towards the topic of a social media fast. While I have taken time off of the social media grid, with great personal results, I had never contemplated a " social media colonics session "... A real deep wash of my whole experience with the service. Since the conversation, I have been wondering what it would be like to delete all my content without deleting my account and what would that mean? Isn't that one of the many purposes of facebook... to archive experiences? This train of thought got me curious. As I researched how one would go about flushing their facebook content, I realized how hard that might be.... Which lead me to this article...
