Global Mental Health Initiatives Mental Health is not about who we are or where we live, it's about how we treat each other gmhi uses Participatory Action and Capacity Building approaches.

We engage local people, provide training and support and work with them to discover solutions to local problems. This gives people a stake in the outcome and builds community cohesion, which in turn acts as a barrier against deterioration of community strengths. We use cost-effective on-line and local resources to monitor progress and achieve project sustainability.
