In what I hope will be a big step forward for equality for unmarried people, check out my new Foundation for the Empowerment of Single People. It is a nonprofit. We fund projects that educate, raise awareness, and improve the lives of people who are single. You can submit a proposal -- deadlines are Sept 1 and Mar 1 -- and you can donate anytime. See the GRANTS and DONATE sections of the website.
