Hey everyone I am reaching out to you all my Facebook friends and family because I am currently organizing a school supply drive for my beloved PS 86 in Brooklyn .Thid school is very dear to my heart .I attended PS 86 from second grade to sixth grade at the time it was an Italian neighborhood with few blacks and Hispanics we had the best language and music programs along with the best school lunchs🥰 A couple of years ago I went back to the school because I felt a need to get back to a place that gave me so much .Sad to say things have changed drastically .It has become quite impoverished with many hard-working single parent immigrant families.I am asking if it all possible for donations such as bookbags notebooks pencils etc. I aim to be at the schoolyard on September 13 to put smiles on these beautiful little faces so that hopefully this small gesture will give the children a headstart on your new year at school❤️.
