Stores: Is your commercial waste hauler giving you the runaround, failing to pick up trash or pulling other bad moves? Lodge complaints directly with the New York City Business Integrity Commission. Their investigators can help. Make sure you have a copy of your commercial waste hauling contract.

Please be vigilant on the runup to starting Commercial Waste Zones in our area sometime in the next year or so. Haulers who did not win the exclusive rights in our area may have little motivation to keep up good quality services.

Thank you for your help with street trees. New tree guards are most welcome in and we’re happy to hear the new trees that didn’t survive winter will be replaced. If anyone sees a 5th Ave tree planted within the last 2 yrs that has died contact the BID we can help report it.
