We may have been a little quiet on social media of late, but we been noisy behind the scenes! We have so many amazing projects that we're excited to tell you about, but for now, here's one recently launched: Poison & Power: The Fight for Water.

In collaboration with the University of Dayton's Human Rights Center, Poison & Power is the latest incarnation of The Moral Courage Project. We worked closely with Uni of Dayton students as they researched, interviewed and brought together stories about people who are fighting for access to clean water in the United States. The project includes a zine, podcast series and website. Check it out here:

Many residents of Martin county, Kentucky, won’t drink their tap water, a legacy of years of mismanagement

How will you choose to be a Creative Citizen?

Here's another great example of creative citizens at work - this time, from one of our partner organisations, PROOF: Media for Social Justice. PROOF, in collaboration with photographer Janette Beckman, created this campaign to encourage US Citizens to vote. Another example of how creativity and citizenship can make a huge difference! Apply for the Creative Citizen Project, 7-8 October at the Glasshouse Port Macquarie today! For more info on the program and how to apply, go to: https://www.designpracticeresearch.org/ccp

📖⁣
In a way, Finkelstein’s style parallels the work of Proof— using images to tell meaningful stories and develop rich narratives. How fitting! ⁣
