The Soulful Chicago Book Fair will be a celebration of literacy and literary arts found throughout the African Diaspora. It will be Chicago’s only living “author-centric” festival, filled with OUR stories told through books, spoken word, songwriting, playwriting, art and more! We are so proud to provide hundreds of authors, poets, and even musicians the opportunity to open their inner worlds and

share their unique perspectives with millions of literary fans across Chicago. This fair aims to give a voice to creators who are often looked over in standard venues. This fair is for the flavorful, the dynamic, the electrifying!
