🎃🍬 Come See Us at the Beacon Sloop Club's Annual Pumpkin Festival on October 18th! 🍬🎃 🎃🍬

Coalition team members from will be there for a day of pumpkins, fun, and community! The Beacon Sloop Club is an all volunteer and non-profit organization. Their Festivals raise money for the public sailing program on the Woody Guthrie and other environmental education programs.

Stop by to say hello, learn more about what we do, and enjoy some fun crafts and candy with us! 🎨🍭

Say hello to Shawron Jones. When he married his wife, he became a father to her son and later welcomed two biological children. When his wife experienced serious mental health challenges, the family faced a difficult transition. Ultimately, he stepped forward to care for all of the children, becoming the consistent father they needed. With support from the Coalition, Shawron and his children found connection, consistency, family activities, and a supportive community. His experiences offer a meaningful and compelling perspective to our annual storytelling event.
