CPWF aims to educate and raise awareness about the illegal exploitation of oceanic ecosystems and marine species, while also establishing an international anti-poaching entity to enforce conservation laws and treaties. CPWF will operate in alignment with the United Nations World Charter for Nature, and promote education through various media forms. Collaborations with governments, environmentalists, and conservationists will be sought to combat threats like illegal fishing and poaching. CPWF will allocate funds of their efforts to scientific research and awareness campaigns, and to educational initiatives through partnerships, such as with the Church of Biocentrism. The organization's mission is to address critical issues affecting oceans and marine life, including biodiversity loss, phytoplankton decline, illegal fishing, climate change impacts, plastic pollution, noise pollution, ocean acidification, sea turtle and seabird protection, safeguarding endangered species, and preserving global coral reefs.
