Go Girlz Inc. With the support of local schools, volunteers and community resources, we provide guidance, training, and opportunities to inner city girls ages 12-17.

Go Girlz Inc. is a non-profit organization designed to empower and build the self -esteem of inner-city girls. Too often our girls see negative images and portrayals of women both in print and on screen. In many urban communities, there is a lack of viable resources to combat these negative stereotypes; thus, our girls are left feeling worthless, objectified and devoid of hope. Inner-city home en

vironments often contribute to the detriment of our girls, with childhood neglect statistics on the rise. At Go Girlz Inc., we firmly prescribe to the notion that with the proper support, guidance and opportunities, inner-city girls can succeed, love themselves, and become productive role models for the next generation. We seek to restore the self-respect which is incessantly stolen from our girls in a male-dominated, misogynistic society.
