Led by Todd Young, Identity & Performance Coach

This session focuses on how to stay grounded, clear, and connected in moments where attention is on you—networking, interviews, and high-pressure conversations.

We’ll break down the internal patterns that lead to overthinking, self-consciousness, and disconnection, and introduce a simple framework to help guide attention back to the present moment.

Students will leave with practical tools to regulate their nervous system in real time, stay engaged in conversation, and build more natural, confident interactions.
