Sometimes the hardest part of growth isn't the climb. It's taking the first step.

When Megan signed up for an Outward Bound Pathfinder course, she didn't consider herself an "outdoorsy" person. She was navigating a difficult transition in college, struggling with self-doubt, and unsure of what came next.

On her expedition, Megan learned more than outdoor skills. She discovered the confidence to step outside her comfort zone, the value of vulnerability, and the strength that comes from trusting yourself and others. By the end of the experience, she wasn't just climbing mountains. She was redefining what she believed was possible.

Her story is a reminder that personal growth often begins before the adventure itself. It starts with saying yes to something unfamiliar.
